The MagnaView Community is the platform where you can ask support questions, discuss solutions and features with other users, and with the MagnaView helpdesk.
By using the Community to post your support questions to the MagnaView helpdesk, you will be able to keep track of all your reported problems and requests, and may view progress towards a solution to a problem via the Community provided for this purpose.

Some areas in the community are restricted to registered MagnaView users.

Allow 24 hours for the helpdesk staff to validate your information and grant you access to the knowledge database.

You may upload MagnaView projects (project files and data files) to the MagnaView Community for review and to aid in the resolution of any technical problems.  Please zip data files, or convert data files to MagnaView Native format before you upload these.

The community includes Frequently Asked Questions, a clear division in forums to help you answer your support questions, as well as free text search to help you find answers to your support questions easily.
